Does Whocanisue.com charge me anything?

whocanisue.com provides its service free to our users. You can also ask questions via IM or Quick Call for free from the firm or lawyer of your choice. After answering initial questions, the lawyer or law firm may require you to have a meeting. When you choose a lawyer, the lawyer will charge you a fee. This fee is set between you and the lawyer. whocanisue does not participate in the negotiation process fees.

What is whocanisue.com?

whocanisue.com is a patent-pending online application where you can learn about potential legal claims that you may have in a variety of legal categories.

After reviewing content related to your potential claim, you can answer a few questions that will help you determine if you are eligible for a potential claim. Next, we present you with attorneys from your area who are handling similar claims. You can review each attorney’s profile, and then you can use our instant message or quick call technology to contact someone from the firm of your choice to ask additional questions. Finally, you can also request that we ask a particular firm or attorney to contact you about your claim.

whocanisue.com is NOT a law firm. whocanisue is simply an online platform for people to browse, learn and connect.

How quickly can I speak with an attorney or firm?

whocanisue.com’s system operates in real time. If you review content and progress through a series of questions at a time when the law firm is not open for business, it is up to the law firm to have someone available to answer IMs or Quick Calls. If neither of these methods are available at a particular time for your law firm of choice, you can select to have us send the firm a request to contact you. The firm will contact you on the next business day or sooner.

Does whocanisue.com screen their network member attorneys?

Whocanisue.com screens all attorneys when they join the network to confirm that they are licensed to practice law by the bar association from their state.
